The conveyor belt will stretch during use. Some of them are elastically stretched, and can be restored to the original state after the external force is removed. The other part is the elongation of the shrinkage of the skeleton material. This part cannot be restored.

The running speed of the conveyor belt is generally not more than 2.5m/s. The material with large head and large wear and the unloading device using fixed pear should use the lowest possible speed.

The relationship between the diameter of the drive roller of the roller conveyor and the layer of the conveyor belt, the matching of the drive roller, the reversing roller and the groove angle of the roller should be reasonably selected according to the design provisions of the conveyor.

The feeding direction should follow the running direction of the conveyor belt. In order to reduce the impact on the conveyor belt when the material falls, it is necessary to use a trough to reduce the material drop distance; the conveyor receiving part will shorten the idler distance and use a buffer roller to make leakage. The conveyor belt is adhered to the soft and moderate baffle plate to prevent the baffle plate from being too hard and scratching the belt surface of the conveyor belt.

When the conveyor belt is in use, if there is no roller, it should be supplemented and repaired in time; the roller is covered with material, making the rotation ineffective, preventing the leakage of material between the roller and the belt, paying attention to lubricating the movable part of the conveyor belt, but not the Oily conveyor belt.

Avoid the belt being blocked by the frame, pillar or block material to avoid breakage and tearing. When the conveyor belt is partially damaged, the artificial cotton should be repaired in time to avoid expansion.

Accurately determine the name and properties of the specific material. In particular, the particle size, temperature and availability of corrosive and special requirements such as acid and alkali. The temperature used should be stated if necessary.

Explain the specific application, the required specifications (width, length, number of layers, thickness, etc.), especially the temperature and volume of the heat-resistant conveyor belt.

During transportation and storage, the conveyor belt should be kept clean and protected from direct sunlight or rain and snow to avoid contact with acid, alkali, oil, organic solvents and other materials, and one meter away from the heating device.
